Hardware Upgrades
Loire Gestamp joins forces with the R&D and Engineering teams to offer services for upgrading and improving press design. We continuously explore new technologies, implementing industry advances and offering the highest performance solutions for our customers.

• PLC and HMI upgrades.
• Integration of ergonomic elements such as Autoracking (automatic stacking of parts with robots), robots, feeders or transfers.
• Industry 4.0, thermography and/or code readers.

Safety improvements
Safety design, with a no-risk policy, is key in the work of our engineering department. For this purpose, we carry out risk assessments, look for process safety improvements and implement them in the different areas of the press or line.

Adaptation to energy efficiency
The search for energy efficiency combined with the reduction of costs and waste makes us propose energy saving solutions and major revisions, contributing to reduce the environmental impact.

We focus on optimizing the performance of lines and presses, reducing energy consumption without compromising production capacity. We apply measures and technologies to maximize operational efficiency, minimize losses and achieve maximum utilization of available resources.
